Time for Lime, on the island of Koh Lanta, Thailand, is a beachfront business with a heart. The profits from its cooking school, restaurant, bungalows and bar go to Lanta Animal Welfare- a charity that started life in Time for Lime’s own back garden.
Being a photographer and videographer has its benefits and one of those was getting to try out some of Time For Lime’s food and cocktails and, even without their charity credentials, I’d REALLY recommend a visit if you’re ever near Koh Lanta! The food is amazing and you’ll never forget your first Time For Lime lemongrass margarita!
